Why am I feeling so down?
You know what sucks? Having someone like you, then you like them, probably a little more than they do, and then you feel like you did something wrong or they don’t want anything to do with you any more. Blah. Maybe I’m over thinking things, but I just wish this boy would be a good guy. I need one for once. I miss being happy.
Was in a bummed out mood this evening, but then the cute boy called me on his way home from work :3
No one calls people out of the blue any more. Usually people text and say ‘can I call you’. But NO! This boy called me and it basically made my night. I know its something small but it was really nice talking to him over the phone and not being nervous about it :)
Maybe things will work out this time for me.

Sooo, these dates keep getting better and better.
I’m pretty sure I dig this guy a bunch. He’s cute, wears button up shirts and glasses, has a beard, sings in a band (very good actually), plus he basically has the same sense of humor as me. He lives in the city and has super cool roommates since I know them from high school.
When we hang out its usually us just laughing the whole time and being real with one another. I’m usually making terrible sex references and he goes right along with them. My favorite quote from last night had to be:
Me: “yeah, I don’t think I’d ever do anal, its just so weird to me”
Him: “oh really? Cause, anals like the ONLY thing I do, everything else is just kind of gross”
He seriously cracks me up! Its been a while since I’ve actually felt like I can genuinely be myself around a guy and actually have him like me back. Its crazy! We’re taking things slow so we haven’t kissed yet, and I’m extremely fine with this because I’m still trying to get comfortable with him. But he’s honestly so awesome. I’m really excited for where this is going.

Worked out tonight! I’m on top of my homework so far! School is going great! Also no ignorant boys to mess things up. Just a cute one who likes my vulgar sense of humor :) let’s see where this goes

You thought I didn’t really notice. But I did. I wanted to high-five you.
Yesterday I had a pair of brothers in my store. One was maybe between 15 and 17. He was a wrestler at the local high school. Kind of tall, stocky and handsome. He had a younger brother, who was maybe about 10 to 12 years old. The only way to describe him was scrawny, neat, and very clean for a boy his age. They were talking about finding a game for the younger one, and he was absolutely insisting it be one with a female character. I don’t know how many of y’all play games, but that isn’t exactly easy. Eventually, I helped the brothers pick a game called “Mirror’s Edge.” The youngest was pretty excited about the game, and then he specifically asked me, “Do you have any girl color controllers?” I directed him to the only colored controllers we have, which include pink and purple ones. He grabbed the purple one, and informed me purple was his FAVORITE.

So, girl update:
She was all over him tonight. But like way more. Probably using alcohol as her excuse. She made sure to intrude on everything from me sharing drinks and popcorn with him to just getting into his personal bubble anytime I talked to him. Mind you, he and I are friends. Also, another girl told me that she has done this with multiple other girls who like someone. Apparently she still does it to my friend who is now dating the guy. Also, she has this way of flirting with him excessively and glancing over to see if I’m watching. Making sure she’s cutting me down nice and deep. The way they were sitting was weird tonight because he was in a chair and she was on the floor and she kept her head like on his inner thigh, like legit near his penis. Who fucking does that? I probably shouldn’t worry about a guy who is so gullible to think she really likes him because she’s obsessed with some other guy back home.
Honestly though, I’ve cared about this guy for months. Maybe I’m the stupid one..
Do guys still tease/make fun of the girls they like?
Does that still happen in college?
